Disappointing experience in Boots pharmacy Dubai Marina Mall. I visited this pharmacy based on its great reputation and many positive reviews. As a visitor from abroad, I was genuinely excited to come and try it. Unfortunately, after asking about a product and deciding not to purchase it, I noticed the staff laughing and making comments among themselves in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. As a customer, I expect basic respect regardless of whether I buy something or not. This kind of behavior seriously damages the image of any business, no matter how good the products may be. I hope the management pays attention to staff behavior and customer service standards.
