Boots is a fantastic shop with a wide range of products to choose from. I especially love the Soap & Glory range, their gift sets are high quality and reasonably priced, making them perfect for both treating yourself and gifting others. The shop has a welcoming ambience, which makes shopping here very enjoyable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Its always a great experience.
Visited this Boots branch in the afternoon for a simple purchase. When I approached the till, two staff members stood nearby and gave me judgmental looks but did not acknowledge me. I greeted them politely and was ignored, then left waiting at the counter for around two minutes despite staff being present. Another staff member eventually noticed and assisted me at check out. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was disappointing. I hope management reviews staff conduct and customer service training at this branch. First time this has happened over the year I’ve frequented this branch.
I recently visited the boots store in Dubai Hills Mall. There is an Aura promotion (20% additional discount) and I have a blue card (10% discount). The operator at the POS was Abdul Waheed, when undertaking the transaction he decided to give the lesser discount (blue card) instead of the greater discount (Aura additional) instead of advising me that if I used that the promotion was more beneficial than my blue card my blue card. When I returned, he was available at the POS, but instead of fixing the issue, I was handed to Cecil who then passed me to Karen to fix the problem instead of him fixing the mistake himself. I didn't receive an apology for his mistake even though Cecil explained it to him whilst I was stood there. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received from Abdul Waheed, I didn't feel like a valued customer.
