This review is for city center deira boots. I was looking for cough syrup and straight went to the pharmacist wearing white his name is Aznan. I asked his advice and upon his advice i was about to buy 1 syrup that he gave. I re checked with him if this works good. He told me if you dont want then dont buy don’t argue here with me, go to doctor. His sudden change of behavior shocked me and on top of that he was saying all that with sarcasm like he wants to degrade me for not knowing the item. It made me feel so uncomfortable and i left the item at the till turn around and left. I looked back he was laughing. These type of unprofessional staff can ruin the experience and name of the brand. Poor customer service!
Great experience at Boots Arabian Center. The staff are friendly and helpful. They never hesitate to offer help for customers. Always making sure you are satisfied with the service and purchased product. I met Dr. Azza, one of the most helpful and professional pharmacists.
Wow. I never expected a pharmacy visit will take me anywhere except giving off some medication or other items I require. But the experience I had in Boots Arabian center was awesome.
