the staff was super helpful except the cashier guy.. i just shop at primark and they said i can get 20% discount for all outlets in the same partner.. and apparently boots are one of them.. once i show the discount offer, he said the minimum purchase is AED 200. my item was 160. so i told him wait ill add another items. and he was like in hurry to close the bill. (there is no any other customer in there at that time)when i came back to the cashier, and add another items, my bill is becoming 300 AED. he then closed the bill but he didn’t even put the discount. it’s like my mistake because i didn’t double check the amount before paying, but my point is, if they are not happy with people who’s buying the items using the discount, then don’t to make this kind of offer. its just irritating..

She was calm, attentive, and genuinely receptive, the kind of person who actually listens She explained everything clearly, checked that I understood, and made sure my concerns were properly addressed. You could tell she cared about getting it right, not just getting through to hand products. That kind of service sticks with you. Honestly, interactions like that are the reason people trust boots pharmacy. It was exceptional, and she represented Boots in the best possible way. I look forward to going all out for boots
Worst experience. Came here with my friend for her to buy her moisturizer. The indian old sales lady was to pushy for the item and keep asking me instead of my friend as she was the one who will buy not me. She was even explaining with her hands on the waist with a very loud voice. She doesn't even let me to speak to my friend as she interupt our conversation. Also another arabic lady came with a dry curly black hair who was telling us that getting sample is not allowed when it was literally on the display along the items as if we are stealing it. I just wanted to show the sample to my friend cos I have tried it before. We ended up leaving and just went to another Boots at LG Floor and had a very great experience.

I enjoyed every product I shopped at Boots pharmacy Dubai mall branch, specifically the No 7. The staffs have good knowledge about all the products. I got great helped especially from Miss Vanessa 😊 I recommend everyone to pass by and check out their beauty products.
