I Was Just There to check it out awhile ago. I dunno if it's the owner trainer or just a members but the people there are very friendly. They had me look around. And being a gym instructor myself... It actually has all you need for a complete workout and more. Love the gym. Hardcore type of gym💪💪💪. PS. If you need a trainer just message me. Love to support your gym 😁
Please retain Mr. Nas as Daily Trainer for evening 8 to 9 class.. Because of his training only we will get some work out. We all are working professionals who wish to retain our health for good, not for body building. He will treat all people similarly. I heard from one that he will be changed, we will not be allowed and it will affect adversely.

I have been a member of Bodyzone Star Gym for the last 2 year, and i couldn't happier with my experience. The gym is always spotless and the staffs (Shefeek, Ratheesh) are always friendly and helpful. The variety of equipments and the classes they offer is amazing. I highly recommend Bodyzone Star Gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained fitness facility.
