DubaiMed AI Analysis

BodyTime is an EMS-focused fitness and body-contouring studio that markets fast, technology-driven workouts and treatments (iBody, Eximia, EMSCULPT, Endospheres). Evidence is mixed: the website makes strong promotional claims and provides contact details, but online reviews show both enthusiastic long-ago praise and at least one recent severe complaint about staff behaviour; formal clinical credentials are not shown.

Best For

People seeking quick EMS workouts or non‑invasive body‑contouring who prioritize convenience and promotional offers over documented medical credentials.

Pros

  • Offers a range of EMS and non‑invasive body‑contouring services (iBody, Eximia, EMSCULPT, Endospheres) per the website.
  • Promotes short, time‑efficient workouts (10–20 minutes) suited for busy clients and provides contact phone/email and a consultation form.
  • Claims an international presence and experience (marketing text: 15+ years, 35 locations, market leader in 5 countries).

Considerations

  • Recent 1‑star review reports unprofessional, disrespectful staff and poor complaint handling.
  • Website makes strong treatment outcome claims but lists no clear medical credentials, licenses, or independent clinical evidence.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and openly disrespectful. No basic manners—not even good morning. Instead, they made offensive comments, body shamed, and even mocked me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I’ve never encountered such rude staff in my life. was acting like she didn’t even want to be there, completely disengaged and unwilling to help even though I told her from the beginning it’s my first time. It was in business bay but I’m so disappointed I want everyone know-how is the staff I. This place.
