A special thank you to the coach, Vicky. She was absolutely amazing! Highly professional, attentive, and made sure to explain every exercise clearly. I felt safe, supported, and confident throughout the class. I left the session feeling great, both physically and mentally. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
