The studio itself is beautiful — very stylish interior, great atmosphere, and the workout was really good. Honestly, we even wanted to stay a little longer to take some photos because the space looks amazing. However, right after the class we were told, “Sorry, we need to close, you have to leave,” which felt quite unpleasant and unwelcoming. For a studio with such an aesthetic concept, I think this is a huge downside. It also means losing potential promotion on our social media, because experiences like this make us not want to come back. Another disappointing thing was that the reformer I used had clearly not been cleaned before the class — it was dirty. After the class, the administrator messaged us saying the reformer was dirty and implying that we had made it dirty, which honestly left me confused as a client — what exactly was I supposed to do in this situation, come back and clean it myself, especially considering it was already dirty before I even used it?
Beautiful studio, always spotless and welcoming. Hollie’s classes are amazing – she’s really attentive and takes the time to correct your form when needed, which makes such a difference. Every class is challenging but enjoyable, and I always feel the results the next day! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and creating a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality reformer Pilates studio.
