To the Owner of This Branch, We visited your spa May 16 between 9:30–10:30 PM (payment was made at 9:34 PM). When we arrived, three Thai ladies was there, looks like playing a game. My husband and I requested a 1-hour massage. The therapists who assisted us spoke in Thai to another, clearly disappointed that we had come in. Her tone and body language made it obvious that we had interrupted their leisure time. During the massage, after finishing my back, she tapped my head and abruptly said, “Turn around, turn, turn,” as if she wanted to rush through the session. I asked if someone else could finish the massage, but she ignored me. Then I requested slightly put more pressure, but she excessively put force on my arms — that is now beginning to leave a bruise. This is a wake-up call. Your staff’s behavior is unacceptable and affects the reputation of your spa. Many skilled therapists would value this job and treat clients with respect. We come to your spa to relax, not to feel unwelcome or mistreated. Please address and take this comment and advice seriously.
