I would like to share my 2 month experience & results at “Dr. Jaison's Body Perfect Aesthetics, Cosmetics & Regenerative Medicine Clinic”, headed by Dr. Jaison Paulson. Dr. Jaison has gathered around him high professionals such as Dr. Prajnha r Krishna, Dr. Zeel Senghani, Roselin (beauty and aesthetics), wonderful physiotherapists, Sumesh and Jins - therapists. During these 8 weeks, I received invaluable help from physiotherapy procedures (electrical stimulation, ultrasound, TENS, cryotherapy, and pressotherapy). Along with this, I also got Indiba, radiofrequency, cavitation, hydrogen breathing, lipolaser, emsculpt, Ayurveda massage, Shirodara etc. Apart from physiotherapy and therapy I received tremendous help from nutritionists Dr. Maryam Ashrifa and Dr. Deepthi Jain in changing my diet, Dr. Shaq, working out my Peptide program for fat loss, muscle tightening, energy booster, my personal trainer Felipe Sierra and Benazir AM, operations’ manager for overall management of my treatments. The result of their combined efforts and my strong will was a 12 kg weight loss, muscle and joint strengthening after 11 major hips replacements surgeries complicated by periprosthetic infection, and an improved gait and overall body balance. I've been at Dr. Jason's Body Perfect Aesthetics, Cosmetics & Regenerative Medicine Clinic since February 8, 2026. I'd like to share my experience working with personal trainer Felipe Sierra. His special merit is that, as a Group 2 disabled person, I'm unable to fully perform all strength training exercises. Together with the center's director, Dr. Jaison, he developed a specific program and exercise routine specifically for me. He is constantly and systematically increasing my physical activity. Most of the exercises are currently performed sitting down; this is very practical and can be suitable for anyone, including me, during the post-operative rehabilitation period. Suffice it to say, my weight loss is slow and steady. I've lost 6 kg in less than a month. My muscles are strengthening. A personal trainer is essential during the rehabilitation period of weight loss and muscle building. His professionalism, amazing tact, and empathy evoke deep gratitude and provide tangible results and hope for many.
