The service is very nice. I really appreciate the customer service. Ahmed took care of my hair and he did a great job. You will not feel bored during the process because he is very articulate and funny. Their salon is also clean and aesthetic, they offered me free matcha drinks and sweets. Recommended.👌

I recently visited a new salon and had the most amazing experience, thanks to Tina, an excellent hairstylist and a wonderful person. Tina is truly one of a kind—she’s willing to take on challenges and genuinely listens to and understands what her clients want. I opted for their Golden Package (AED 699), which includes hair color, a head spa (absolutely heavenly ❤️), a haircut, and styling. When I visited Tina, my hair was in terrible condition due to previous stylist errors and my own attempts at at-home coloring. Certain parts of my hair just wouldn’t take the color we were aiming for, but Tina didn’t give up. She patiently reapplied colors and toners to fix the issues without compromising my hair’s health. What impressed me the most was Tina’s dedication—she stayed late to ensure I was satisfied with the final color, instead of just covering everything up with a dark shade and sending me home. She truly cares about her clients and their hair. The salon also offers complimentary hot and cold beverages, which adds a luxurious touch. For the price, the quality of service and products they use is unbeatable. My extremely bleached, damaged hair now feels soft, manageable, and healthier than ever. I came for a massage and a silver package for the hair, everything exceeded my expectations! The massage was amazing and I was sooo relaxed after, I have never fallen asleep during a massage before but was so relaxed here that I ended up sleeping! Islam was great with my hair and I thoroughly enjoyed his kind and friendly manner as well as the result of my hair. You can tell how passionate he is about hair and he really aims to make his customers happy. Dina was so welcoming, friendly and attentive, she makes you feel right at home and is so professional.
