Fun and challenging class. The coaches are friendly and extremely helpful esp Coach Jaime + Winnie. Overall vibe is awesome and would make you want to actually train. Equipments are clean, complete and well maintained. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to stay fit while enjoying it.
Classes with Coach Jamie never get easier! They make you stronger and more determined to overcome the challenge. An excellent coach and motivator. specially the BLITZ is a great go-to workout, fun but hard and rewarding! Really loved this class.
Love BLITZ! Im not an active person but because of BLITZ I became more motivated to show up for every class 5 days a week. Special mention to Coach Jaime! Highly recommend Blitz classes. All the coaches are great, highly motivating, helpful and supportive. The classes change everyday which not only keeps it interesting but also your body guessing. I’ve made great progress in the year I’ve been doing it. Thank you to the whole Blitz team.
I went with a friend for my first Blitz class in gymnation despite attending the gym for 3 years. The experience was truly amazing as it was so fun and we didn’t expect how challenging it can be so humbling as well. Coach Rohit was friendly and helpful. Definitely attending again.
