Very poor customer service.....I was given the wrong product and as per refund policy, it has to be returned within 5 days which I was not aware of. I went back to return it on 6th day and I was quoted the rule. I explained that it was their employee fault that the wrong product was given and the person at the counter informed me that their manager has to approve the return and they will revert. Nobody got back and when I went back to enquire, same rule was cited. I told them to keep product as it has no use for me. They happily took the product - no apology, no thank you! Absolutely cold attitude of the two employees at the counter. I surely would not be going back.
In fact, it was a wonderful and unique experience, especially since I don’t know much about medicine, but the credit goes to the pharmacy, and in particular, all thanks and appreciation to Dr. Essam, who helped me a lot, in addition to the fact that he is very friendly and well-mannered.
