Went to return a hair oil I got at another location. They sold this to me without telling me the price and when I returned home noticed it was expensive and had bad reviews. This branch advised they could not accept the return as it was not purchased at this location. The lady took the hair oil out of the package and played around with it. When I returned home (5 mins away) the lid was completely off and the whole bottle was empty - meaning it could not be returned and I have wasted over 400 AED. Not impressed.
