While I frequent here. Today, I’m not sure I’m too impressed I bougt Nordic natural ultimate omega only to realize I paid way over what I should have. If you check the prices on amazon - one bottle is for 115 aed where as I paid full price for one and half price for second. I could have bought 2 bottles from Asim and saved money We spoke of magnesium and I was sold H&B magnesium as it’s a single dose vs the 2 tabs of magnesium from doctors best. If you read what’s actually better for you - doctors best is far more superior in terms of absorption Lesson : always review pricing and understand what you are buying before being convinced about this stuff by a pharmacist
