The service of the staff quality is very poor, however I experienced situation which was totally lack of experience and lack of communication between the staff. I asked for a specific products and the lady did help me , but she didn't mentione the promotion they had , after I payed while I was walking out I saw the promotion 1+1 which mean buy one get one free ! I went back to the lady and she apologized and told me to go back to the cashier which also he didn't mention the promo, the guy in the cashier was rude and disrespectful, he said to his colleague something like" it's only ** AED" .whatever after that, he said the promotion is 2+1 .which was not true!! . So I left . After that, I checked online, and same product was 50% , which means the promo was 1+1 as it was written under the product. In the first place it was not even about the money it's about the staff lack of integrity . At the end the pharmacy was offering the promotions I didn't ask for it.

I visited BinSina Pharmacy and had an uncomfortable experience. Shortly after I entered, the staff tried to convince me to purchase several additional products that I had not asked for. I understand that upselling can happen in retail, but in a pharmacy setting I expected a more consultative approach focused on the items I came to buy. The interaction felt somewhat pressuring and made the visit uncomfortable, especially that the workers are so insistent and aggressive. I hope management reviews this approach so customers can feel more at ease when shopping there. From my side, I will never be there again. It’s not recommended.
