I ordered takeaway (stripcels) from patricia but unfortunately I only had AED 500 note. Right from the start, the staff looked frustrated and annoyed. They asked if I had a smaller bill – I said no. Then they kept pushing, asking for two dirhams because they didn’t have change themselves. It really got on my nerves – I’m the customer here! I told them straight: if it’s that difficult for you, just give me my money back. Bad service over something so minor, Won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend if you’re paying cash. They need to sort out their change issues and treat customers better!
