I am very disappointed with how my concern has been handled. After being sold the wrong product, I was assured that management would provide a solution. However, more than a week has passed without any clear update, and when I followed up in person, I was simply told that approval is still pending. This level of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a pharmacy that customers rely on for proper guidance and service. I no longer want a replacement and expect a refund so I can purchase supplements that are truly appropriate for me. Customers deserve better than uncertainty and indefinite waiting. I want to share my experience with Bin Sina Pharmacy in Dubai Festival City. A sales rep recommended H&B Omega 3 Fish Oil and H&B Ultra Man Multivitamins 50+ to me. I trusted the advice and bought them, only to later discover that the 50+ formula is for men aged 50 and above, while I am only 37. This leaves me questioning: was it a lack of product knowledge, or a failure to recognize my age bracket? Either way, it’s unacceptable. I even returned the products hoping for a better solution, but was simply told to take them back and use them. This response is very disappointing. Customers rely on pharmacy staff for proper guidance, not sales-driven recommendations. I urge management to provide better product training and sales practices so that future customers get advice that truly fits their needs.
Walked to this store to buy some medicine which is bit urgent ,there is only 2 staff and both of them attending one customer at same time in the counter. Not showing interest at all poor customer service .

Leah was easy to talk to, clear, and concise in her advice, making the whole experience very pleasant. I would gladly return to this pharmacy for any issues and seek her advice for further recommendations.
A special thank you for the pharmacist named April, other than being friendly towards customers, she guided me through the needed medicines with professionalism behavior, respect and great welcoming.
