I had a great experience at Bin Sina Pharmacy on Wasl Road. Dr. Ahmed Khamis, the duty pharmacist, was incredibly professional and friendly. He took the time to explain my medication and made sure I understood everything clearly, which I really appreciated. His kind and caring attitude truly made a difference. There was an incident that happened earlier this morning but I was very impressed with the actions and reply of the management of Ibn Sina pharmacy and their attention. The issue was resolved totally and many thanks to the people in charge and also to pharmacist Ms. RASHA . THANK YOU.
