I went into Bin Sina pharmacy at Nad Al Sheba mall not knowing exactly what I was looking for and thinking that a certain product would solve everything for me. When I didn’t find the product for, I was helped in more ways than one. The pharmacist were able to not only understand but also swiftly address the issue. Their kindness and expertise was evident and really shone through. The pharmacists who helped me were Dr. Roaa, Dr. Reem and Dr. Ayat. I thank them sincerely for their help ❤️

The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best options for boosting immunity and staying protected. I really appreciated the friendly and professional advice. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Great service — I’ll definitely return when I need anything health-related!
I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy today. I came to buy a tablet that was priced at 275 AED in store. Before purchasing, I checked the online price and found the exact same product being sold for around 202 AED. While looking at the box, I slightly lifted the outer packing tape that was placed over another old tape underneath, just to check whether the pricing had been changed. I did NOT open the product, break the factory seal, or damage the box in any way. When I told the staff member that I would rather order it online because of the huge price difference, he suddenly claimed they could no longer sell the product just because I had peeled off the outer packing tape. That made absolutely no sense, as the original factory seal of the product was completely untouched, and the ordinary packing tape can easily be replaced. What made this even more unreasonable is that after I went home, I noticed the product box had obviously been resealed before. There are two layers of sealing tape on the box, which clearly shows this item had already been opened and resealed a second time long before. The service is extremely unprofessional, unreasonable forced sales and bad customer experience overall.
