This pharmacy exists only for trade and not for anyone who is sick. If they see a person wearing expensive clothes, they offer him help and try to sell everything to him. If he is one of the mall employees and asks to buy medicine, he does not respond and tries to sell more expensive items. The Egyptian man there is very unfriendly and rude.
ordered an Oral-B toothbrush and it arrived without any seal or protective plastic, already looking like it had been opened. Naturally, I refused to accept such a product and immediately returned it, requesting either a sealed replacement or a refund. To my shock, the pharmacy then claimed they “cannot accept products without a seal”, which is absurd, since the whole reason I returned it was because they delivered it to me unsealed in the first place. This is not only unprofessional but also ridiculous customer service. Delivering an unsealed product, then refusing a return on the grounds that it’s unsealed, shows either complete incompetence or deliberate negligence. I will never trust this pharmacy again, and I strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering.
