She took the time to advise me, explain the full process, and make sure she could give me the exact color I wanted without damaging my hair. Even though it was my first time with her, I trusted her expertise — and I’m so glad I did. The result was incredible. I’ve never had this color in my life. Every hairdresser I tried before always gave me an orange tone because my hair is dark, but with Dy, I finally got a beautiful ash shade… and my hair even looks healthier after the highlights than before.
