I’m a regular Bedashing customer, and I visit Bedashing Mirdif 35 most often. I usually enjoy the services, but I was disappointed to learn that as part of the renovation plan, the receptionist’s seating and reception area were completely removed. The receptionist is now expected to stand throughout the day, which doesn’t make sense for a front-desk role. It’s even more concerning as she is pregnant. Renovations should not come at the expense of basic staff comfort and wellbeing. I truly hope management reconsiders this decision and provides a more humane and practical working environment.
Very disappointing experience. The staff are extremely impolite and unprofessional. They constantly try to charge extra without explaining the services or prices in advance. When you ask questions, they are vague and unhelpful. What’s worse is that they never provide a bill. They claim they will send the receipt to your WhatsApp number, but it never arrives. This feels dishonest and misleading. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values transparency, respect, and basic customer service.
I booked hair home service weeks before my engagement party and they canceled my appointment one day prior and the reason is that its a weekend and they cannot come and do home service on weekends! such a bad experience and they put me in the worst situation on the one of the most important days of my life. Not recommending them at all !
I took my mum here for a manicure yesterday, thinking it’s closer to where we stay and could be the place we keep going to for manicures. But we hated the experience!! The lady convinced my mom that if we pick the breathable nail polishes, she doesn’t do top coats. She didn’t soak her nails, and she just used a water spray. To top it off she convinced my mum that her cuticles don’t need cutting. Please go through the pictures I have attached and SEE HOW OBVIOUS it is that her cuticles need trimming. She convinced my mum saying “it will be painful” if she tries to push back her cuticles. Ofcourse it will be, if you don’t soak the nails! She was least interested in providing the service. There are many more salons in Mirdif which I’d rather go to. Extremely disappointed and never going to visit again.
I loved the experience. I always come here to do my manicure and pedicure. I tried a new service today that's on a limited time offer, which is called EFile and I loved it. (Left hand filed, right not)
