Service is very unprofessional. Went for eyebrow waxing once and she dropped the wax on my eye lash. Second time around went for eyebrow threading as they promised to a professional would do it for me. She threaded my skin off. Nail service was fine. Nothing great about it. Dug a bit deep into the cuticle which made my nails sensitive now. Would not recommend this salon.
I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Garden Parlor. The haircut was done very neatly and suited me perfectly. The stylist understood exactly what I wanted and gave great attention to detail. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I’m very happy with my new look and would definitely recommend Beauty Garden Parlor for a nice haircut and styling service.
Had a beautiful blowdry and treatment with ouafae! I felt very pampered and my hair and scalp have never felt so clean! And Usha did the most perfect mani and pedi my nails have never looked so clean and elegant with the French tip I am so unbelievably impressed with the work ❤️
Sensational facial with Moudi! You can tell she loves her job and is obsessed with skin! The steam temperature was just right (I always find that other places don't get it hot enough), the massage went into every ache and pain I didn't even know I had, the extractions - oh the extractions! She even searched behind my ears! Absolutely exceptional and will be back for sure! Thank you Moudi for the best facial ever!
AVOID the hairdresser Ouafae if you want to get your hair coloured. I had a consultation with her before having the appointment and picked a colour according to her guidance. Not only did she fail to achieve that colour (even after two sessions of removing my previous colour) but she also made the colour I had originally darker after trying to correct my two tone hair she caused in the first appointment. I had asked for global ash cool toned colour and my hair was dark brown brown before going there. The staff made me feel like I was in the wrong afterwards accusing me of having had black colour done at some point in the past which never happened and also of micromanaging Ouafae. I agree I was specific with my instructions so it makes it even more unbelievable she messed up. Her English is not great that's why I had to speak slowly and clearly with her throughout our interactions. She smiled and nodded the whole time so I thought she understood what was being asked of her.They did not refund me fully despite her completely messing up my hair which totally ruined my Eid. They even tried to cheat me when giving me a breakdown of the costs. As a lawyer, I am always in the habit of keeping evidence so I caught them out.Will definitely not be going there again!
