A bit late in posting this review, but I had to share my experience! I booked the AED 590 spa package as a birthday treat for myself, and honestly, it was one of the best spa days I’ve ever had. The service was excellent, and the massage was absolutely incredible, exactly what I needed. The added lunch, beach and pool access made the whole experience even more special and relaxing. The only downside was the booking process. Responses via WhatsApp were quite slow, and I had to follow up multiple times and eventually call to confirm my booking. That said, once I arrived, everything from start to finish was seamless and truly amazing. I would definitely come back again!
One of the best spa in Dubai. The treatment room and towels have a fantastic quality. The therapist are fantastic too, like a healer. Everytime I come, I enjoy it. Keep in mind, there is no other facility included in the pricing. Other amenities are all at extra cost.
Stayed at the hotel and visited rainforest room had banyan 90 and 60 min facials and 60 min Balinese massage. Everything was amazing and Dita my therapist was brilliant. She was excellent and massage, facials and made everything feel beautiful and calm. Even if you aren’t staying at the hotel the spa has great facilities for all your things as every treatment room is huge and has a separate bathroom and dressing room with a locker. Gorgeous place
