very bad experience their staff doesn't know how to behave to a customer. Worst pharmacy
Worst pharmacy and pharmacist. They have medicine but they not ready to give by insurance. I have NGI insurance dubai. They asked Erx number to claim in insurance, then I checked with hospital and other pharmacy, they said for dubai insurance not required. I don't know why this pharmacist like this attitude. Normally if I go any pharmacy. They will check directly with clinic doctor by call.
Very disappointing experience. The salesman at this shop was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, he behaved harshly. Good customer service is important, but this staff clearly doesn’t understand how to treat people with respect. Definitely not visiting again or recommending this place.

Hello,Last week I bought medicine for cough that is working after one week again same problem it is happening I don't have any issues with medicine and with staff that time.... This time I came to buy again same medicine for cough around 11:15 pm.22.sep..but pharmacy is closed some one told me he's not inside pharmacy but I wait him 10mnt. After he came back he asked me what happened then I told him my problem and he gives me medicine and I asked him about medicine same time he's angry with me and very rude I don't know he's name but he's old man of course I have to ask about medicine before I take he told me you asking only he told me I don't have any medicine for you .you go other pharmacy and buy there .he's very rude man...I never buy anything from today this pharmacy 😠
