They kindly sent me a parking map and told me I could join the next class, which relieved me. The staff were very kind and supportive, so I felt comfortable coming. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and pay close attention to form, making sure everyone gets the most out of the workout safely. The reformer class was challenging in the best way and left me feeling stronger, more energized, and refreshed. I also loved the calm and supportive atmosphere in the studio. Amazing experience for first time doing reformer pilates. The facilities are clean and new. The staff is nice and their app is conveniently setup to check the schedule, book classes and even make payments.
