Absolutely garbage pharmacy. Very bad indian pharmacist.. 3 days ago i bought insulin syringe from them when i asked for 1ml he gave me 0.5 ml instead by mistakenly and today when i go back to buy another packet of syringe 1ml he told me we can’t sell to the customers.. So what changed in 3 days? Other pharmacies sell this product with no hassles. Aster sells it without any problems. Then who is this pharmacy? Better to go aster which is 5 minutes from this location than this pharmacy with poor knowledge and customer service. Let’s go to their pricing for their supplements.. They are priced on supplements from now foods brands 50% higher than amazon. Amazon and iherb sells melatonin for 50 AED and they sell it for 100AED. Double the price with this poor quality of service is unacceptable.
Friendliest pharmacists I’ve ever come across and always happy to deliver late at night. I go out of my way to buy my family’s medication from here because of their top-notch customer service.
