The clinic is very classy and well-organized, the staff are friendly, and the doctors are highly skilled. Overall, it’s a great place. However, the only downside is punctuality appointments are often delayed, and there is usually a wait time.
Very disappointing experience. I called to book, they said they’d confirm availability the next day, but instead they booked me themselves. I confirmed the time and even canceled another appointment for it. When I arrived, the receptionist seemed confused, my name wasn’t in the system, and another patient was taken in at my appointment time. No apology or clear explanation. On top of that, they told me my insurance wasn’t covered, even though I had already confirmed everything over the phone. Unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of time.
