I had an absolutely amazing experience. First I did a VO2max and metabolic resting test with Chris Koenig and got some interesting results. According to that I finally know how to train properly. Then I tried Cryotherapy and Infrared, insane sensation all together. I have to mention the most though, Ms Rouba, the massage therapist, is an absolutely amazing therapist and knows her field of expertise. I can honestly say I had one of the best massages/lymphdrainage ever. Can only highly recommend Avida Longevity. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed !!
I loved everything - from the interior and atmosphere to the personnel and service. My customer experience was already good before entering this place - when I booked an appointment by call. When I entered I was warmly welcomed by staff, the same lady that I called did an outstanding work on site, giving us a tour around the salon, providing all the details about cryotherapy, and helping to setup cryocamera for us. The staff were super friendly and made me feel really welcome. Begum was amazing as always. I had a nutrition session with her, and it helped me understand how much our habits matter when it comes to longevity. Highly recommend this center!

I did a facial with Rouba, and it was absolutely wonderful—so relaxing and refreshing. I also had a nutritional assessment with Begum, which was truly eye-opening. I learned so much about my blood sugar levels and how the right nutrition can support a longer, healthier life. The entire visit was insightful, relaxing, and left me feeling rejuvenated.
