Her accurate diagnosis, swift response, and deeply human approach marked a true turning point in my recovery.
I cannot recommend this clinic for serious or time-sensitive health concerns. My experience suggests a lack of attention to detail and poor communication regarding complicated cases. I took an expensive blood test on Thursday at 9:30 AM and was explicitly told the results would be ready within 24 hours. While the basic results arrived quickly, the most critical (and costly) portion was delayed. When I followed up at 11:00 AM the next day, I was told it could actually take three days. After multiple phone calls, I finally received the results at 6:00 PM—but by then, the weekend had started, my doctor was unavailable, and I was scheduled to fly the next morning. Despite their failure to meet the promised deadline, they refused to offer a reimbursement. I have asked their central call centre for help but they again send me to call the same branch, no serious attention to a claim by customer!
Dr. Boris Boskholov is truly exceptional! Professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable—he takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares!
