I am writing to express my disappointment with the appointment and registration process at your clinic. On multiple occasions, even though we had taken a prior appointment and arrived at the clinic 15 minutes early as advised, the reception process itself took a minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour. This completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment in advance. The registration process feels unnecessarily long and inefficient, leading to significant delays and wasted time for patients. When patients make the effort to book an appointment and arrive early, they expect to be seen close to their scheduled time. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I hope the clinic management reviews and improves the front-desk and registration procedures so that patients’ time is respected and appointments serve their intended purpose.

The doctor was incredibly professional Dr Vinay, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the care I received. The staff ( Tincy, mark and saqlain) was equally impressive — warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and respect. The front desk team was organized and helpful, and the nurses ( Bibi and shine) were attentive and caring throughout my visit. The clinic itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm, reassuring atmosphere.which I truly appreciated. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism shown by both the doctor and the entire team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a cardiology consultation with Dr. Gowthami, and I am extremely satisfied with the care I received. She was very professional, kind, and attentive throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident. I truly appreciate her expertise and compassionate approach. I highly recommend Dr. Gowthami to anyone looking for an excellent cardiologist. I have to mention the staff name Sister Nethu from lsb snd sister Rincy and from reception Suganthi and Saqlain

I’m extremely disappointed with Aster Clinic, specifically the branch at Pavilion Mall. This is not the first, second, or even third time I’ve faced the same issue. It has clearly become a repeated pattern. I always book an appointment in advance, yet I am repeatedly kept waiting for more than 40 minutes. If patients are not seen anywhere close to their scheduled time, then what is the purpose of giving appointments? Occasional delays are understandable, but when it happens almost every visit, it reflects poor time management and a lack of respect for patients’ time. The front desk process is equally frustrating. I usually visit during normal working hours, around 12 PM on weekdays, so it’s not peak time. There are typically only three or four patients waiting, while there are at least four to five staff members present at the desk. Despite this, the process remains slow and disorganized. Some staff appear busy chatting instead of actively managing the queue. There is no proper line or clear system. Anyone can walk straight to the counter and be entertained first, while those who have been waiting are ignored. It feels unprofessional and poorly managed. For reference, today my token number was A-SN-211, dated 5th March 2025. I have also previously shared these concerns directly with the doctor, but unfortunately nothing seems to change. Honestly, this review may also be ignored, but since I am once again sitting here waiting 40+ minutes, I thought I might as well use the time to write it. The only reason I visit this clinic is in case of emergency. Otherwise, if I have time, I avoid visiting any Aster facility because I already expect this kind of service. I’m sharing this so others are aware. Patients deserve better organization, accountability, and basic respect for their time.

A special thanks to Ashika for the wound dressing—she was gentle, skilled, and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Their care, kindness, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
