The experience at this particular branch has been consistently disappointing due to the excessive wait times. On average, I end up waiting 45 minutes to an hour during each visit. While I understand that delays can happen during busy periods, that does not appear to be the case here. Most counters are empty, and the staff do not seem interested in serving patients. As I write this review, I have already been waiting for nearly an hour. I strongly suggest that management review the surveillance footage from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Saturday, 14th February, to validate my concerns and take appropriate action. Patients should not be kept waiting due to a lack of efficiency or accountability.
Christina at Gardens Pharmacy is very supportive and always ensures all medication is approved on time. If the insurance company needs any reports or clarification from doctor, she handles everything quickly and efficiently. I always feel relaxed when she is available. Thank you for your excellent support.
The 1 star review is not for the staff but for the management of aster for building two clinics and letting 1 pharmacy handle all the prescriptions without even adding staff to compensate. The staff are obviously overworked and most patients blame the delay on the staff as they are preoccupied by looking who’s to blame rather than thinking how this happens. The staff were doing their best but the influx of patients especially at night time is just too much.
I recently visited Aster Pharmacy and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Krystina, who went above and beyond to ensure I understood my medication. Additionally, there was a lovely Filipina lady who showcased remarkable thoughtfulness. I had forgotten my Emirates ID and was already on my way out when she kindly caught up with me to return it. Thank you for this 2 humble ladies.
I truly appreciate the amazing support from the counter staff at the Aster pharmacy, Ms Saima Hasmi went above and beyond to help update my new medical insurance in the system and worked very hard to get my insurance approved. Her patience, dedication and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you for your outstanding service
