There is person who is more of Team lead of al Shifa Aster Pharmacy seems to be uninterested in attending patients. Even though there were no other patients to attend. He still ignored us and started arranging their medicine in shelves. Two of them working there but no one showed interest. I asked politely how long it takes and in return I get response with a rude behaviour 15 mins as if you want to stay or just get out. I recommend even if you are visiting the Aster in Russia cluster ask receptionist or doctor to send your prescription to some other branch of Aster pharmacy to keep your self respect. But Alshifa Aster is waste of time and treated with no respect. I wish I could give 0 rating. I cancelled my prescription from there and went to another aster pharmacy and took my medicine.
I had an excellent experience with Ms. Aparna Jayaraj, the pharmacist. She has a very good character and truly cares about her customers. I urgently needed an item that was not in stock at the pharmacy, and she immediately arranged the product from another branch without any delay. Her quick action and amazing customer service really helped me. Highly appreciated and I definitely recommend her! 😊

I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. Ms. Elizabeth, the pharmacist, greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and treated me with respect and kindness. She was very knowledgeable about the medications and explain everything clearly, answering all my questions. The pharmacy was well-organized, and the service was efficient. I am very satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend this pharmacy!
