Aster Pharmacy - Silicon Gate 1 (Aster 6)

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Eldho and Roseville, who were very supportive and helped me throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend Aster Silicon Oasis.

unsure when Aster will move onto printed stickers for medication. reading the instructions for dosage is rocket science at this point. the dosage written for the medical patches isnt even visible! insurance took 24 hrs to approve, yet the app MyAster said the prescription was ready. did Aster pharmacy not have ample time to atleast write the dosage properly? and yes we understand doctors handwriting is bad..but we are dealing with pharmacists. and since clearly the pharmacists aren’t bothered too, can we move on to printed labels?

If it’s possible to give negative star even that this pharmacy don’t deserve. 1st they push customer to come here with auto approval from Clinic then again you should bring the hard copy and keep waiting for hours . Whats the purpose to send automated prescriptions to this pharmacy .. when we took hard copy we should have right to go any pharmacy. Useless auto system when still you need to go through same process . I got msg at 7 o clock of approved I visited 8:30 To just grab and i was showing them all approved msges but no staff wants you to assuage you Just follow the same Que even those people just come with fresh prescription and required to send for approval . You are waiting until all other got approved to reach your prescription. The behavior of staff is worst Yousuf P . No system no ways to manage the patients.

Late service not good waiting for 1 hours patient already sick can't wait for 1 hours just to get medicine worst service I can't imagine this kind of service are providing in Dubai it's better if you go and take medicine from other aster but the silicone oasis numbers of counter are 4 but only 2 staff. Who can speak there language they will get what they wants and we need to seat for hours just to wait I'm already sick I just waited for 2 hours just to get two file of medicine.
