Unfortunately no zero star to put. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this pharmacy. When I entered the store, the staff member who welcomed us immediately told us to hurry and buy the item because the store would close for 40 minutes. The way it was said made me feel rushed and pressured rather than welcomed as a customer. When it came time to pay, the staff member first refused to accept cash, saying there was no change available. After I managed to provide the amount, she then checked the money in front of me very carefully as if it might be fake. The way it was done felt embarrassing and unprofessional, especially while I was standing there. Overall, the staff’s behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I felt rushed the entire time, and even when I had the item in my hand, she kept insisting that I pay immediately. Customer service and proper etiquette were clearly lacking during this visit. If I will come back , I don’t want to see that person again very rude.
