I had a very disappointing experience at Aster Pharmacy. The staff refused to return a medicine even though the situation was explained clearly. Their behavior felt rude and unhelpful, and no proper solution was offered. Good customer service means listening to customers and handling problems with respect, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I expected better from a well-known pharmacy chain. I hope the management looks into this and improves how customers are treated.
I dnt recommend this pharmacy for your medicine needs because of the following 1. Medical practitioner does not know anything. I requested him for a plaster and he just gave me band aid cos he said they dnt have. If I did not check one by one the display I did not see it. He suppose know how to give me proper products cos he s licensed medical practitioner and he knows where this medicine inside his shop. But he is lazy to check maybe so he just said no available. Thanks God I know some of the medicines so I can check by my self . So mgnt of aster kindly train this staff before too late cos for sure we will refer this n Dubai health authority and baladiya . And there no generic medicines available or just he does want to check .. So kindly check this ur staff and branch

Poor customer service. The cashier was incredibly rude, refused to listen to my concerns, and behaved very unprofessionally. I felt completely ignored as a customer. Won't be returning until service standards improve
