They are not considered a patient. The staff at the front reception behave like a normal market customer and shopkeeper. If you come to this clinic, you won't think the people there are not nice. They treat patients in a very rude and unprofessional manner. We are also human beings and need better treatment for our health.
Such a worst customer service team , they can't provide solution to the actual problem. I ordered PRO PL( British biologicals) protein powder from Aster and I found a coakroach inside the packed protein Powder ?? What kind of hygiene they are maintaining and I am pregnant as well , I have raised a concern and Ankita from Customer Service team is calling and telling they can't do anything since the product is opened??? What is this , after I opened only I found out that It Had coakroaches in it. This is very dissapointing and frustrating and I regret for choosing Aster
