On 17/09/2025 at 8:26 pm, I visited the pharmacy for my baby daughter. Ms. Fatima assisted me with great care and professionalism, ensuring everything was sorted smoothly. Her humble nature, supportive attitude, and excellent way of handling patients/customers truly stood out. I am very grateful for the service she provided. In contrast, I have, at times, faced impolite and harsh behavior from certain front desk staff at the Aster Clinic near Talal, Muhaisnah 4. Compared to such experiences, Ms. Fatima’s behavior was exceptionally kind and patient-centered. I kindly request the management to recognize and retain dedicated staff members like Ms. Fatima Rehim. In healthcare, such compassionate support makes a big difference for patients and their families. Thank you for your attention.
