I came few days ago asking for an item and it was not available. The pharmacist stayed 10 minutes talking meaningless stuff with a previous client while I am waiting. Then when my turn came, he suggested to get the item for me and took my mobile number and he said he will call back on the same day evening. Then he was rushing as he wanted to talk to the next customer who came. He was not focused and barely listening. Of course no one called from the pharmacy. I came today to ask about the item, and he said that he forgot about me and my item, and he didn’t order and forgot to call. What a mess! The staff in this pharmacy needs to be changed as Aster is a good medical group in general. There is Al Nahdi pharmacy in the next building. The staff are professional and follow up to remind us to get of our medications and suggest to deliver them to us as we live near bye. I recommend it instead of Aster
