I visited Aster Pharmacy 157 just now with a prescription for my unwell son. There were three pharmacists on duty. Ms. Zainab took my prescription but kept it aside without checking. After 15 minutes she taken my prescription from the drawer and I had to wait another 20 minutes, a total of 35 minutes before being attended to. Meanwhile, another customer who arrived after me was served immediately and received his medicines within 10 minutes. This unequal treatment was very disappointing and felt discriminatory. All patients should be served on a first-come, first-served basis, not based on personal preference. I suggest implementing a proper queue system to ensure fairness and transparency. Due to this experience and Ms. Zainab’s unprofessional attitude, I decided not to purchase the medicines and took back my prescription
