I don't have words to explain, how kind , professional, and Amazing human being "Navneet" is. I wish if there were more then 5 stars. I believe Aster have started hiring best people now.
Excellent staff service send support especially Abdul he does the service very good
I bought an Aster wheelchair online and it was very expensive, but after only a few uses the wheels became worn out and one broke. It’s still under warranty, yet we’ve been calling for over a month asking them to pick it up for repair and they just keep telling us to wait. Very poor after-sales service. I don’t recommend buying their products online.
The staff are very friendly, they assist and entertain the customer properly, they also share their opinion and give some option regarding the medicine that customer needs, and i really appreciate that...good job to everyone.
