Hello, Why are you not responding to your patients? My husband and I have been trying to contact you since Wednesday, but we have not received any response. By tomorrow it will have been 7 days without any reply from your side. I am requesting the MRI scan report and images that were done at your center. I need them because I want to take the results to a neurologist so he can review the scan, make a proper diagnosis, and prescribe treatment if needed. Your center has already received full payment through the insurance for this examination, and we have the right to obtain all the related documents and results. Please send us the MRI report and images immediately. If anything happens to my husband due to this delay in providing the results, I will hold your center fully responsible. If I do not receive the MRI report and images today, I will file an official complaint with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regarding the delay and lack of response.
