Really good pharmacy with knowledgable staffs. Pharmacist Sneha has helped me with my medications and choosing the right suppliments.
I was the only customer however the pharmacist is extremely slow and took 10 mins just to apply my insurance request! I’m busy pharmacies I would be out the door by now. I waited almost 20 mins just to ask her to cancel as I was waiting way too long. Update: 2nd day they did not cancel the request and I was unable to get my medicine elsewhere. Mr Ismail promised a call back after no one called me back of the whole day after a follow up request. They closed again and the matter is yet to be resolved. This is the worst aster branch I have ever encountered. Their call center doesn’t have any managers who can do anything. Super disappointing.
