Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. There’s always a very long wait time, even though the insurance approval is received very early on. Staff is working on so many requests at the same time and none are getting done. Wait time for very simple approved medication is 30-40 mins. They really need to fix this

I found my experience with this pharmacy really irritating and unacceptable. I requested a delivery for my prescription and had to follow up multiple times, but we received no message or call from their team. It was not expected to be treated this way. I had to arrange the medicine from another pharmacy to avoid delay. I will not use this pharmacy again, and I will also share my experience with Medcare Clinic.
