Aster Pharmacy - Karama Park (Al Juma)

I had a great experience at Aster Pharmacy, thanks to Ms. Nisha. She is kind-hearted and well-mannered with customers, especially while assisting with medicine claims. She has excellent patience in clearly explaining how to consume medicines and has strong knowledge about them. She is always ready to clarify doubts and goes the extra mile by giving additional health tips and alternative suggestions for faster recovery. Truly appreciate her dedication and customer-friendly approach.

I am writing this review just to be cautious on visiting Pharmacy and Doctor Appointment. Do not blindly follow the good reviews and expect the same experience happen to everyone. I am writing my experience to be cautious while visiting the pharmacy. Recently, I have visited doctor for my son (3 years). Doctor mentioned to keep the important medicine store at house due to emergency and sudden triggering of disease for children (night time). Then, we plan to buy more than what doctor suggested and mentioned the same in the pharmacy. Unfortunately, they do not have medicine at that time and they mention to delivery home once they receive the stock and charges advance. We surprise to see the medicine that will expire within 2 to 3 months. Later, visited pharmacy and explained our situation but they mentioned that we can not replace it since medicine is not available. I have dropped the medicine at store after our paid fully. Since we do not want to keep the medicine with low expire date at home sometime someone can use without knowingly. Same time, We do not like they try to perceive to use the same medicine despite they know our situation and purpose (it being used for children). I strongly believe pharmacist shall be recommend to customers what is good and mentioned expire date while they sell it. They are emergency medicines that required to store at home for emergency and safeguard from emergency situation. Unfortunately, they treat like business and selling product.

Today I visited Aster Medcity for medical care, and it was a very pleasant experience. The environment is clean, calm, and well‑maintained, which immediately creates a sense of comfort. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Nisha, who showed great personality and kindness throughout my visit. Her supportive approach made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Truly appreciate the service.
