Avinash from Aster Pharmacy in Pavillion Mall International city gave us excellent service. Few medicines got rejected by Insurance but he called the Insurance team and got all the medicines approved. Kudos to Avinash. Excellent Customer Service.

I submitted prescription around 6:40 PM, and it has been over 4 hours without receiving the medicine. Patient is still waiting, and no proper delivery update has been provided. When I contacted the call center, I was asked about my preferred delivery time instead of being given clear update. Dear Aster team, For prescribed medicines, timely delivery and communication are very important. Kindly look into this matter and improve the coordination.

Unfortunately, the process turned into a long and stressful wait. No medicines being delivered, which is extremely concerning when children are unwell and need timely treatment. Communication and accessibility were also major issues. The pharmacy’s mobile application was not working properly, repeated phone calls went unanswered, and it took almost 26minutes just to get through to customer support. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations and added unnecessary difficulty during an already worrying situation involving sick children.
