Honestly, it was the worst experience. The staff were completely unprofessional. Even the manager was not helpful at all and didn’t try to solve anything. Every time I went, the doctor who was supposed to assist me kept saying she was new and didn’t know how to do it, and she would leave me in the middle of the process and walk away. She kept talking to anyone who walked in instead of helping me. Even when a medical rep spoke to her, at the beginning, I told her to take her time, but afterwards she left me waiting for long periods several times in the middle of the process without continuing or following up. In the end, she didn’t solve my problem at all and told me to go to another pharmacy. She and her manager also spoke in their language on purpose so I wouldn’t understand what they were saying, which is very unprofessional. In the end, like every time, I left without getting what I needed done. It wasn’t something difficult, but she simply didn’t want to work.
Unprofessional, always saying first time for us to know what to do, and even after calling there manager to make any solution, he told me to go to other aster pharmacy and even after calling the aster i go to usually which is too far from me they illustrate everything to them to continue but they let me waiting for too looong and told me we aren't going to continue the process, the manager doesn't want to do it. Shame on all the stuff.
I had a great experience with the pharmacist, Normelyn. Very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining my medications. Truly cares about customers and makes sure we understand everything clearly. Highly recommended!
Frances and Felix are very helpful and knowledgeable of the medicine and supplements we required. They are very friendly and always there to suggest alternatives. We love Aster particularly of the offers they have and the staff are always nice especially Frances and Felix from the Al Wasl branch.
