## Disappointing Experience at Aster Clinic I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Aster Clinic recently. It was, without a doubt, the worst clinic experience I have ever had. **Unnecessary Wait:** Upon arrival, I was subjected to a wait of over 30 minutes simply at the counter before even being seen by a medical professional. This is completely unacceptable, especially for someone seeking first-aid support. **Lack of Essential Care:** To make matters worse, when I explained the situation – a minor road slip requiring tetanus injection for my patient who was in significant pain – I was informed that the clinic could not provide the necessary treatment. This is a basic medical service, and the clinic's inability to offer it is a major failing. **Unprofessionalism:** The entire experience reeked of unprofessionalism. The wait times were excessive, and the lack of essential care options was deeply concerning. **Appeal for Action:** I urge the Dubai Health Department to investigate this clinic and take appropriate action to ensure they are meeting proper standards of care. No patient should have to endure such an ordeal, especially when seeking basic medical attention. I would strongly advise anyone considering Aster Clinic to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs.
