Not to be trusted. Every time I place an order, they fail to keep their delivery promise. They take full payment immediately, promising same-day or next-day delivery, then days pass with no delivery at all. Very disappointing service. Do not order from them if you urgently need the product — unless you don’t care when it arrives. Very bad experience.
I have debates and I am using Libre 2 plus device to read my debate levels. I came jelin to change the device for me based on the company policy. She refused to cooperate because I received the case number as a message while she was saying that it must be by email. When I asked her to read the message. She replied “I don't have time for this”. She didn't appreciate the situation or my medical needs for the device, and she was so rude in replying to me as a customer. I was really offended by this treatment, as if i would fake the massage to get the device!
I am really disappointed with the way this staff member is handling customers. In the morning, he informed me that my insurance was rejected. After checking myself, I managed to get approval from the insurance company. Now he is saying that the medicine is not available, which is extremely disappointing. From what I understand, he also tried to get approval 25k without the medicine. This raises serious concerns about his professionalism.
